The hotel was not very clean. There were no amenities. There was no shampoo or conditioner. Hotel needs a lot of maintenance. The location is good, walkable to the mall and restaurants.

We have stayed here several times and we were so dissatisfied. The staff was not as pleasant or helpful as past visits. We were not allowed a late check out and had to pay for another day. Our landline did not work so unable to contact front desk for anything. Also microwave was broken. Front desk had the worst customer service. Even before arrival I needed to get my son on the reservation to check in due to a delay on my arrival. Reaching a person was a nightmare. When I finally did they were so unhelpful and sarcastic. I am just so unhappy with this stay.
