Everything is good. We like the oatmeal and coffee dispensers. They should have a microwave in the breakfast area. The shower water pressure is very weak. They need to have a face towel holder at the sink area.

I booked a handicapped room. The shower spigot diverter did not work so at least half the water still came out of the spigot when you tried to turn on the shower and all it did was dribble on you. The handicap bar at the toilet was disconnected from the wall. Not a very handicapped capable room.

Breakfast A Plus But....

Included breakfast is below par. Not enough people working in the kitchen. Food is often empty & needs to be replenish. Tables not cleaned & trashed left on the table. I have been in this hotel multiple times & I have seen person working the kitchen often conversing with the guests for a long time instead of refilling the food or making sure the tables are clean for guests to sit. Including breakfast is definitely a plus but i think this needs work.

Texas visit to California

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Our room was clean and comfortable. I was cold and asked for a blanket and they were very accommodating and provided a blanket fairly quick. My only concern is the eggs provided at breakfast. I wish they can use real eggs instead of powdered eggs.

The visible basics of the room were clean- bed, sheets, bath and toilet. But the walls and attachments were rusted and worn and broken, which leads you to think how CLEAN is the rest. But no smell and no bugs. It was good if you just want a BED for the night. But staying longer, not sure about that. The staff were polite but nothing extra. Did not appreciate putting room number on the parking pass on the dashboard. Also, might be better to remove the doors to the stairs. Felt a bit scary to get stuck there with someone.
