Great location. Very small but really clean room. Water in shower on last day never got hot - Luke warm. Biggest drawbacks are the 34 steep staircase steps to the lobby - no elevator. Nice staff - very accommodating.

Front desk staff was rude (Andy), not helpful and attempted to charge me a second time for a room I already paid for. Even after I told him I already paid, he charged my card without my consent. Luckily my bank declined the charge. He had us waiting for an hour to check in and after all the trouble we had checkimg in, he didn't even seem apologetic for their mistake.

A hidden gem along Downtown Glendale. Close to a lot of places. Short driving distance to the Galleria and 134 hwy. Great if you’re trying to find a place where you won’t hear traffic and find places to walk to.

Room was decent. Bed was uncomfortable but the horrible part is the parking. Didn’t realize you had to park 2 blocks away when booking. Had I known I would not have stayed. Plus no elevator so you are hauling your luggage upstairs.
