Only 3 out 4 elevators worked the side with 1 elevator was so slow it was horrible. And house keeping walked in after 2knocks when I was in the bathroom and 2 of my minor children were watching Tv. We stayed for one night, front desk did their job at check in. Nothing extraordinary or polite just one more day at work. The room was clean, it was really cold it didn’t have a heater, we asked for one they had none. We got 2 blankets that did not helped. We had no drinking water, no conditioner and no iron.
