The pool was never cleaned my entire stay. The jacuzzi was discussing and smelled like pee. Food was the greatest. But the alcohol drinks and room was Amazing

The front desk staff was great. Our room looked clean upon arrival. Upon further inspection the pillow cases and sheets had some stains in them. The shower had low pressure and loose handles. The pain around the bathroom door was chipping. The restaurant was closed and the bartender for the happy seemed less than enthusiastic to be there. Our balcony door had thin wi does so we could hear all the traffic outside. Luckily we were here for just one night.

Upon entering the property there were people smoking marijuana in the parking lot right close to the entrance. Check-in was fine but upon entering our room, the smell was unbearable. It was a combination of cigarettes and marijuana. We had no choice, but to stay in the room due to the hotel being booked due to the president’s holiday weekend. We asked for housekeeping to come in and refresh the room which they did, but it was only temporary. The smell was more potent in the bathroom and once you turned on the fan, hoping that it would eliminate the smell it just overpowered it so I don’t think the filters were even cleaned. The bedroom the corners of the bed by the wall again really bad. The unfortunate part is that three of us have asthma. Another issue we encountered was the sink. It took forever for the water to drain down. It was too late in the evening to even think about checking out and finding somewhere else to go. So with a nights loss of sleep, we had to endure the smell. The following morning, I went downstairs to check and see if there was another room available for us to move to thankfully, there was. It was a little better than the room we had. I want to thank the front desk Lizz for being understanding. Truly did not expect this from an embassy suites being that I always stay with my family at Embassy suites. I hate giving bad reviews, but unfortunately with this hotel I have to. I feel like I should be compensated one night due to our experience.
