Side entrance key entry does not work. Only one elevator working while we were there. Ice machine not working on 4th floor. Orange juice and coffee very weak. Front desk staff very professional. Bed was comfortable. Room clean.

The hotel was superficially “updated” but had lots of age related issues. The food was cold and the coffee very weak. While trying to save money they are driving customers away.

I chose this property because I needed a Jacuzzi and a nice shower after a long days drive. Sadly the Jacuzzi was out of order and shower had no water pressure and had moldy sealant. Disappointing. On the plus side was the location. Lots of restaurants and shops near the hotel.

The bathroom door drug on the floor so bad that it took 2 people to open. The floor was so scuffed it had clearly been that way for a while. Ceiling was hanging down The room was huge and beds were good. Except the sofa bed. It was so bad we went and bought an air mattress for my daughter

The property looks nice. The pool is broken and it doesn’t seem that they are in any rush to have it fixed. I was told the hot tub worked. When we tried it out it was luke warm. They did have a man go heat it up. It took a while but they did try. By the next morning it was perfect. The lady at breakfast was super nice and the breakfast was really good. I just feel if the pool is out of order they need to alert people making reservations as we would have gone somewhere else. It was clean, the staff nice, and breakfast was good.
