Property was in excellent position to shops restaurants and buses. Staff were friendly pleasant, nothing was a problem, so helpful towards us as we are from overseas. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Would thoroughly recommend Premier Inn Sutton.

In our room the toilet brush was missing, and the shower "microphone" was fixed at the top and not removable and therefore not very functional for a complete body cleaning. The staff at the facility were very friendly and efficient.
