Great hotel about a 10 minute walk AFTER you get off the elevator from the trains or getting luggage …. Great staff super helpful! I’d def suggest upgrading to the superior rooms … I had a standard one at 1st its pretty bare bones :( Superior room for a small fee more is a fridge and nicer room almost like a Hilton …. Only flaw was cleaning staff was so rude to me. The blond on floor 7 on 11/20/25… I’m mixed race and was blow drying my hair and it can make a smell the heat on thicker hair and she made the nastiest face and asked me what that was and was super rude after that as well… Don’t appreciate that kind of treatment as I can’t help heat smell on my kinda hair …. other than that, this hotel is GREAT xxxxxxx

Convenient to stay before an early flight

The hotel is very busy, but check in and check out was quick. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, but the carpets throughout the hotel and room were grungy, stained, and worn. The cost of the full breakfast was reasonable.

The hotel is well maintained and the beds were comfortable. Food options are limited besides a costa coffee and restaurant onsite because it is a 30 minute walk to restaurants. The pedestrian access is terrible beyond the walkway to Terminal 4. There is really no entrance/ lobby nor pickup/drop off areas.
