It was great to have a self contained flat. We brought groceries and cooked for ourselves. The only concern was to have better lighting at the back of the property. It was hard to see where we were walking.

It was great to have multiple spaces for us to work and have separate bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower lacked power, and the toilet seat needs fixing. It would have been nice to have some table lamps in the living room for a more relaxed feel.

The car park was extremely cramped, with a significant drop-off that was hard to spot in the dark—making it very easy to accidentally damage your vehicle. The apartment was poorly equipped: there were no tea towels for drying dishes, no dishwashing liquid, and no dishwasher, which left the cutlery and utensils less than clean. Additionally, my son lost something under his bed, and the area was very dirty. On a positive note, the apartment was warm, quiet, and conveniently located near a train station.

Good location, value for money.

Good location. Kingston is close by and so is Hampton Court Palace. Property good and clean. Our bed was getting a bit tired though, felt like we had a hill in the middle of the bed. Although we did not make use of much of the kitchen facilities it had enough to accommodate a good stay.

OK, but more basic than anticipated.

The apartment had what you would need for 2 people staying for a weekend and planning to be out most of the time, but it would be a little sparse for any other purpose. We only received the email stating that we had to check in at the Crowne Plaza hotel 5 minutes down the road the day before and there was only one set of keys available which caused us a problem as my husband and I had different plans for the evening and weren’t going to get back at the same time. If you want a quiet night I would suggest requesting an apartment at the back of the building as ours was at the front and suffered from road noise. We were lucky to get a parking space on site but several other guests weren’t because there are 2 large storage containers taking up at least 4 of the parking spaces. They look like permanent fixtures. It gave the impression that it had been furnished and maintained cheaply. The laminate floor was tatty, there was a knife missing from the preparation knife set, the 2 wine glasses didn’t match, there were only 2 pans and no serving bowls that could be used for salad etc, the toilet roll holder kept falling over, and one of the floating shelves sloped downwards. The biggest downside was the bed is too large for the bedroom and left little space to get round in the corner where the wardrobe is situated.
