Super clean room, friendly staff, and awesome breakfast. The pancake conveyor belt machine was fun, and the breakfast area was one of the cleanest I've ever seen in a hotel. The beds were comfy and the room was well laid out and very clean. The hand soap, shampoo, body wash, etc. in the bathroom all smelled amazing and I want to buy some now for my own home.

CAUTION... Do not book this hotel. I have NEVER had an experience as terrible as I had at this Holiday Inn Express. When we first arrived we were not notified that the entire building was without running water due to a leak. I immediately called the front desk and was told that it would be fixed in the next few hours. I requested a call back once the hotel had a better idea of when the water would be running again, but never received a follow up call (even though I was told that the front desk would let me know). In the morning, the water was back on but no hot water was available, so we were not able to take showers. Front desk was unhelpful and not apologetic, when I requested a compensation of some sort they told me to contact hotels.com for a potential refund. One of the people I was traveling with said she noticed that the two people at the front desk were laughing at us as we left the hotel. When the representatives at hotels.com tried to get a refund for the room, the hotel only offered $40 off the room. We paid over $156, didn't have access to water for the night and only cold water in the morning, and this was supposedly "all the manager could do". When I requested an escalation, the hotel came back with an offer of $48 off instead! Basically they were trying to nickel and dime us until we got tired of trying to get our money back. I'm so frustrated and disappointed and do not recommend anyone try to book a room at this hotel.
