This beautiful villa is located in a quiet residential area of Son Veri, just a short walk from the beach and the Yacht Club, offering an idyllic seaside setting surrounded by lush greenery and tranquility.



Due to the nature of the residential neighborhood, we only welcome guests who are willing to respect the peace of the area: no noise, no parties, and no loud music. We warmly invite those who, like us, enjoy a relaxed holiday in a small community. Only families and small groups over 30 years old are invited to book.



The villa features a pleasant living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area on the covered terrace overlooking the pool, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 8 guests. Family-friendly amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a crib, a child's bed, and a high chair. Outside, you'll find a spacious covered terrace with a sofa, chairs, and a dining area. In just 3 minutes on foot, you'll reach Caló de Sant Antoni beach and the Yacht Club. There's a bus in front of the house that takes you directly to the center of Palma, about 35 minutes by car.



Air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms and living room. Additional electricity usage is available for an extra fee.
