A great all inclusive hotel. Friendly staff, spotless room. 10 minute walk to the beach and nearby water park. Food buffet was adequate, and all in all a great value for money. Would happlily return.

The 7 days we spent there were very pleasant. The food was good and varied. The rooms were cleaned every day but had their issues. The all-inclusive package was a very good investment. All in all, I can recommend the hotel to everyone.

This is an older hotel but for a *** hotel nice facilities. Service is good and friendly staff. Unfortunately the food (buffet) is poor, not tasty and often cold. After trying the first bite at diner…we decided to go out for diner.

Lovely relaxing break.

Our stay was great, its located by airport stop, which was A2 bus for five euros from the airport that took 20 minutes. The staff all speak English and so helpful, they literally couldnt do enough. There was alot of spanish people there when we were there but so the evening entertainment was aimed at them, but we went out exploring the local area, which was about 10 minuets walk to the beach where there was resturants and bars. The hotel sits on two sites, we werent in the main hotel, which was fine as in the day time our pool got the sun, as the other pool didnt.

Solo/travelling light AzuLine Bahamas

As a first time solo traveller I discovered it would be handy if certain appliances were available, such as an iron, for those like me travelling light. It doesn’t have to be in every room but available on request. It wasn’t clear to me if this was available.

Our room was of reasonable standard and cleaned every day. we were impressed by the quality of food in the restaurant the only think that let it down was it could have been hotter. 10 minute walk to a lovely beach. Sadly the hotel is surrounded by a number of cockerels who start at 4am and continue till dark. Our holiday was marred by German youth in the room next door and we had to ask security every night to shut them up.

I wouldn’t recommend it if you want to prioritize your sleep!! This is the worst bed I’ve sleep on!!!! Seriously is was hard like an rock! And the walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in the hotel. (I was in the second hotel) On a more positive side: staff was friendly, buffet was ok, the wine drinking fountain was the highlight lol. location is great if you want to spend time by the beach.

The place is dirty and run down, the staff is essentially incompetent, and it is extremely noisy, with party kids everywhere drinking like cows, screaming, also the locaiton is right next to chicken coops, and the chickens/hens/roosters start crowing at 330 AM, it literally woke up my wife and I and didnt stop even when we left at 11AM... it was so loud we had to stuff our ears with toilet paper, and still it pierced through tthe balcony/window.... AVOID this place at all costs..

The hotel isn't bad, but the lack of a properly functioning AC in the middle of the heatwave neared had me in tears. Beside this there was a very rude staff member who checked us in at night; ants running around in my room since the moment I got there until the moment I left despite the room being cleaned every day; the areas and beaches around the hotel are NOT the nicest ones, very meh to be honest, had to travel 1h30 min by bus to get to a better view and the bus systems are very unreliable, so there's also that. Despite this, the food is nice, the pool area when you have all inclusive is very good, as there are snacks and ice cream all day.

VERY LOUD !

It is so echo, I was in my room on the 4th floor and could hear people from the lobby ! There is no sound barrier at all ! I heard the guy next door pee ! I was awaken every 30 minutes, every night because people come and go, talk loudly and bang on things ! The maid SINGS as she SHOVES all of the furniture in the rooms while cleaning ! It was awful ! I requested a room change but they said they were full… the staff was nice but I would NOT recommend this place ! Also, the water in the shower changes from VERY hot to VERY cold every 30 sec, I burned myself twice !

Got there only to find no a/c working in our room, no promise to fix it, didn’t offer us another room or any solution to it, had to stay in the room with 30 degree heat. Had to basically beg the staff to get someone to fix it. They were rude and dismissive, with the guy saying basically it’s not my problem, I’m finished my shift in an hour. They were clearly laughing and joking in Spanish about us aswell thinking we wouldn’t understand. The food was rotten, and I wouldn’t be a picky eater just greasy buffet food but it genuinely tasted like vomit and I wouldn’t be a picky eater. We tried to go the the pool area but it was disgusting. Chairs and tables had been there since 1959 and hadn’t been washed since then by the looks of it. Just a filthy kip and I would encourage you to stay anywhere else, especially for the prices they charge

Un buen hotel

En estas fechas si lo que pretendes es visitar la Isla es el adecuado. Situado en una zona tranquila te facilitan el alquiler de un coche de manera rápida y eficaz. Todo el personal es muy amable y atento desde el de Recepción a los del comedor pasando por las limpiadoras de habitaciones. Las están muy limpias y son cómodas. El único pero, el buffet del comedor. Al ser un hotel en el que se alojan las personas jubiladas (IMSERSO) y dado su precio de referencia entiendo que no se puede hacer de otra manera. Muchas gracias por todo.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado a 15 min del centro,habitación limpia y espaciosa con vistas al campo o piscina!personal del hotel muy agradable y unas instalaciones más que aceptables!muy buen fin de semana
