"Our room was really nice, extremely clean. However, hotel was at 100% capacity, and there was an extremely small amount of staff in the water park. Not enough food staff, bartenders, or lifeguards. Rides were shot down for 30-45 minute breaks for the lifeguards to rest. And for memorial day weekend, when tons of people are there, that was really unfortunate to see. Garbage cans were overflowing, and there was literally no where to find a seat; way too many people in the water park, most definitely over capacity. I felt bad for staff that were there; they were clearly completely overwhelmed and had no support."
