"Our room Smelled like a dog had been in it and the floors were sticky. The comfortor on the bed was all balled up in spots. Looked like the filling in the comforter had balled up in between the stiches. "

"After waiting 16 minutes at the counter for check in, with only one person in front of me and no acknowledgment from the staff member, I was a breath away from leaving for a different hotel when I was finally called up for check in. After that unpleasant start, I will say that the room was very clean, no bad odor, the sheets were nice, and the AC worked well. The breakfast was adequate, and a clean space"
