We had a great time!

The house is super cozy! Our kids loved the rope swing and that they could swim right at the house. We will most certainly stay here again!

July 4th Stay

Only issue inside was a missing piece of trim on stairs, (not a problem, just noticed it).The trash bin at end of driveway was over full from previous guests we assume, and we could not fit our 2 bags of trash inside of it.

The place is exactly as it appears in pics. The lawn and dock are well maintained and clean. Beautiful scenery, relaxing calm and quiet. The fence is secure for your furbabies. Good fishing as well, you wont catch huge fish by the house as we caught some white bass, small catfish and a few small alligator gar. The lake always looks like it does on the pics but swimming was safe and refreshing.

Great long weekend!

We had a great long weekend! We brought our dogs who also had a ball! The house was modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. There is a pier which we fished off of and caught 5 small catfish (released). For those that have a boat, there is a boat dock and lift. The boat dock and pier are covered and well lit. All in all a great weekend with great hospitality.

Great Lake House!

We enjoyed our stay here. Extremely comfortable beds/bedding! Amenities were beyond plentiful (I couldn't think of a single thing that might have been needed that was not stocked in the home). Parking is somewhat tricky with a boat trailer, but manageable for sure. Only minor hiccup was that the lawn service showed up while we were eating lunch in the backyard. No big deal, they weren't there very long! Loved the view from the swing, and enjoyed seating around the fire pit. Would definitely recommend staying here, and hope we can visit again soon!

Nice Place for Young Families & their Friends.

It was a nice place inside and out….for younger people than people 80 years old.. we could not climb the stairs to get to the bed rooms ( they are too steep) We slept on two small couches (one each) down stairs (uncomfortably).

Lovely in Livingston

We absolutely adored and loved this property right on the water at Lake Livingston. Perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the swing of the boathouse and enjoy the sunset around the firepit out back. The accommodations were amazing and hosts the absolute best!

Amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin is so lovely. Very clean and loved the decor style. House was stocked with everything we needed. We had such a relaxing time in the yard and the boat dock is awesome. The yard fencing is great, we didn't have to worry about the dogs getting out anywhere. We will definitely recommend this rental to our friends and family looking for a quick get away.

Such a perfect gettaway!

The cabin was perfect! Everything we needed and every detail taken care of. The fire pit and dock were great! We enjoyed sitting by the water and fishing. The sunsets were beautiful! Thank you for a great stay!

everything was wonderful. Only issue is the driveway if you bring a boat to use in the advertised dock. Unless you have a small narrow boat, it is very hard to mauver a boat trailer to and from location and no secure location to store the trailer after launching boat without use of the very narrow driveway. other than that, a wonderful place for the price.

Our 20th anniversary

My husband and I went there for our 20th wedding anniversary. We were surprised when we opened the door. The host left as a note on the chalkboard saying happy 20th anniversary and they left a bottle of wine. We were very surprised. Best Vrbo stay in years!

The owner/manager went above and beyound for our stay!. There were so many small personalizations for both us and our puppy, it truly warmed our hearts. This house provided the Zen feeling we desperately needed from our busy lives and made us feel right at home.The kitchen is fully stocked for at least 15 people.(We cook at least 3 to 4 times a day) Anything we needed was at our fingertips. The shower is very modern and up to date. The toiletries provided were of top quality. The beds are huge and super comfy! We bbq'd, swam right outside, fished off their private dock, and enjoyed days of exploring the lake on our jet skies! We are so beyound pleased we are already planning our next trip back to this home!
