Very very small room. Make sure you don’t book the standard room. They did upgrade me for free and the staff is very nice. Free shuttle is a bit confusing. Food at restaurant for dinner was not great. But again staff very nice. Didn’t do the breakfast.

Front end staff were amazing! We stayed for 4 nights and upon awakening the second night we had no water….so much rain..and the public utilities were having big issues. Did not get water until mid afternoon and they had many people to deal with..yet they remained calm with each and every visitor. Because of the situation ( they could do nothing about) even bought us breakfast. Place is very clean! Liked ibis so much we have booked in again for our return trip.

The staff was extremely helpful with our luggage and arranging our shuttle to the airport. Room was very clean. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious with wonderful staff and service. A very enjoyable stay to spend our last night in Portugal!
