Bathroom should be more comfortable and faucet in kitchen was in bad condition, but besides that , the apartment was very comfortable, organized, very clean and the communication with administration was very good.

The area is good but the property is in terrible condition. The management was not responsible enough and they never answered my questions or needs. There is a broken faucet and water leak all the time. There was a misinformation about the time of check in. There was alien luggage inside the house. The internet has been deactivated for a while and they keep telling us to wait for the technician. Mattress is in terrible condition. So many issues made me check out on the second day without any answer from the management. I’m totally frustrated. Terrible experience with worst customer service ever.

It is a unique place, as the property is located next to the castle. To get there you should be able to read maps. Taxis cannot get to the property. The homing office have explained how to get there which helped. I have been charged 30 euros for cleaning but to be honest with you I’m not sure what I have paid for. Bathroom was definitely not cleaned not the floors. The linen and towels has not been changed as well. They didn’t make bed or sofa. There were some dark hairs ( I guess the previous guests) on the walls that has not been cleaned/wiped from the floor and walls. The apartment is cold, particularly the floors which was uncomfortable. The most annoying part of the apartment was the noise. It felt as if we were on the construction site. The drilling and banging would start from around 8:00 -8:30 each morning until 5 pm. Really horrible to start the day not annoyed and angry. The price does not reflect the property/service and surroundings. I would not recommend.

The door to this TINY room opens directly into the street. I mean the actual door to the room itself. The bathroom is so tiny that one's knees touch the wall when one sits on the toilet. The noise from the street is outrageous --the agent says, they can't be responsible. There's no blanket for the pullout, which is merely a futon. Cars cannot drop you off or pick you up at location - you have to drag stuff to and from the main castle gate.

J'ai dû passer récupérer les clés à l'agence car personne de disponible pour m'accueillir dès 15H sur place. À l'arrivée, ménage non fait. J'ai dû appeler 2 fois pour que qqu'un passe et le ménage n'a été terminé qu'à 17h00! Impossible de sortir car la porte ne fermait plus, j'ai dû attendre le serrurier qui est venu qd mm assez rapidement. Le WiFi ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai tué un énorme cafard! L'appartement est mal isolé et sombre contrairement aux photos car la porte est ouverte et les lumières allumées. C'est la dernière fois que je réserve dans ce genre d'agence. Je n'ai pas du tout aimé. C'est scandaleux.
