Clean room, great area full of life and everything is around. can be a bit noisy at weekends nights, there is no elevator in the grand floor, so we should take our luggage to the first floor then we use it from there.

This property is very well located in the center of the historical district. It has very limited amenities. Even though the pictures posted on the app make this property looks nicer, it was good. The rooms don’t have refrigerator, coffee maker or iron to press the clothes. The elevator works from floor 1-5 But, in general is a good hotel. Very quiet and very clean. Very close to all the major attractions.

This place was great. So many food options nearby. They were very helpful with airport transportation to and from the hotel at a reasonable price. Everything was clean. I received wine and a pastry. This hotel was within walking distance of everything and it was very easy to get around. Would highly recommended staying here. Will be back next time in Lisbon! We had a great time!

The photos on the hotel’s website are a bit selective — they highlight the best angles, so the actual space felt smaller than expected. The room itself is extremely compact, with no real seating area or desk. I even had to keep my carry-on luggage out on the balcony due to limited space. The bathroom setup is quite tight, with the toilet and shower separated by a frosted glass partition — it works, but it’s definitely snug, even for an average-sized adult. On the positive side, the bedding was comfortable, though there wasn’t much room for bedside essentials; I had to plug my chargers in on the floor. There’s also no proper closet or storage area, so I ended up hanging clothes on the TV stand and door frame. On the plus side, the hotel staff are super friendly and helpful, and luggage storage after check-out is available. The location is excellent — just a few steps from the metro station, making it very convenient for getting around. Overall, it’s a very small, functional room with a bathroom, best suited for travelers who don’t need much space and plan to spend most of their time exploring the city.

This property is in excellent location. Close to major shopping and dining areas of Lisbon, you can walk to most important points of this city has to offer, take Tuk Tuk or street car. Excellent service, very clean, area very safe. I would recommend owners of this place to equip room with small bar fridge. Otherwise 5 star.

It felt like a bait and switch from their website. The whole building is in renovation and the "lobby" was barely a closet. There was no elevator until the 2nd floor and all the hallways looked like prison walls. The room itself was fine-but there was nothing welcoming about the hotel itself. Our friends that were staying there as well, were offered breakfast in the 'main hotel' (don't even know where that was?) and we were not offered anything.

This is on a very busy street, on a Wednesday night there were street musicians playing loudly until midnight. At 7am they were pulling tables out on the street for breakfast. If you are sensitive to noise this is not the place for you. Our friends had smaller rooms where the shower door goes directly into the room which is strange. We had a larger room with a separate bathroom but there was no shower door or curtain so the entire bathroom floor was flooded. Also there is no staff at night. One night the fire alarm went off and it was extremely confusing. The firemen eventually came but no one communicated if we should evacuate or what.

Although this hotel was close to the main area downtown it was on a side street, not well light and had some shady characters sitting all along the curb outside. Staff is not there at night so beware! Our last night there someone set the fire alarm off at 1am in the morning. Pretty sure the place does not have standards like our country because we sat outside on the curb for 15 before another fellow Canadian called their emergency number because no one was coming and we could smell something burning. Following her call the fire dept was there within 10 minutes and no one spoke English. We were not compensated at all! I would pick somewhere else in the vicenity just not this place!

The receptionist at time of check-in Lis was wonderful!! Friendly, welcoming and very helpful! The person at the desk when I retrieved my bags Tuesday afternoon was the complete opposite. The room itself was nice, clean and spacious. The location was great as well!
