We only stayed one night (in the Kinsman suite) but it was excellent! The house and suite were clean, comfortable and beautifully designed. You can tell Danielle and Nate have put a lot of thought and care into every little detail. Highly recommend booking :)

Danielle was very responsive and accommodating. I loved the kitchen and common area, the screened in porch with the cool chairs was a lovely touch! The bed was soooo comfortable. Close to shops and mt. Washington.

Only complaint was the bed pillows. We travel a lot. These were the worst on the trip. Too tall. Too firm. Finally used a small pillow off the sofa. There are 6 pillows on the bed. All the same. Need a mix.

Great Boutique Stay

Such a great boutique hotel! charming, well appointed with fun features such as a candy bar in the loung and hanging chair swings on the porch. We stayed in the Hancock Suite which is located on the second floor. We had our own sitting area with the bathroom located off one side and a large bedroom located off of the other side with a closet area dividing the two spaces. Colors are clean and modern. The ONLY space that seemed like it could use an update would be the shower. It's perfectly fine, but the tile just seems outdated compared to the modern colors and style of the rest of the space. as for the shower itself - fantastically hot pressure, everything I look for! We will definitely be back!

Best ever!

This hotel was quaint and perfectly appointed. They thought of everything. From the hooks in the bathroom to the lights next to the bed to the outlets where you need them to the refreshments and decor. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and wish we could’ve stayed longer. This was a girls trip, but I will return with my boyfriend.

The Launchpoint Lodge exceeded all expectations. The home was beautiful and the perfect place to retire for the night. Location was close to everything but just far enough to escape all chaos of leaf leaping tourist season. We stayed in the Hancock Suite. The room was very modernized, beautifully decorated and so clean. The owners left us treats and Prosecco in our room to acknowledge our anniversary which was so thoughtful. The main living area looked so inviting with its fireplace, seating and board games but unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to take advantage of this lovely space. We appreciated all the attention to details from the unlimited coffee (loved the mugs), snacks and water/soft drinks to the plush and soft towels/bedding. We are typically big chain hotel people but after our visit to the Launchpoint for 3 nights, I don’t think I will ever look at a Marriot or Hilton the same. Thank you so much for sharing your home. modernernized The bed was so comfortable.

A new spin on a b&b

Loved this modern take on a bed and breakfast! It’s a little different from normal hotels and more like an Airbnb. There is no one on staff at the property, although there is someone on call if you need something. We stayed at the artist bluff suite which was so nice! Big comfy bed and a hot shower with good pressure. It even had a little kitchenette. There was a big common area with communal snacks, coffee and board games. The backyard was a nice place to relax. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants, too. Loved this place and would totally stay again!
