Pleasantly surprised with the staff at this hotel. They were all friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was the best. The rooms were clean, breakfast was extensive for a Holiday Inn. The location was convenient to all Lille has to offer. Would definitely consider this hotel again!

The staff were very helpful and cheerful. The included breakfast was more than adequate with a good variety of breakfast options. Our AC did not work and we were kindly offered a fan. The hotel parking is very tight but had restricted access so it felt secure. The area around the hotel is not the usual for a Holiday inn express. It felt like a run down, economically challenged neighborhood. Sidewalks broken up and garbage lying around.

The staff were probably some of the best ever experienced, helpful, friendly and caring. The room was quite small, clean but not well designed, storage for clothing was just a very short rail, no drawer storage for clothing. The air-conditioning was not working, throughout the hotel, for the first two days, which made sleeping difficult, staff did provide a fan after complaint. Breakfast was the same every day but good and plentiful and definitely a plus as included. Unfortunately parking cannot be guaranteed but bookable alternatives not too far away.
