The place could have been cleaner

The tub was dirty. The sink in the upstairs bathroom had mold infer the caulking. The blender was dirty with all the drippings from the past people that used it. The floors needed to be mopped. It was hot in the rooms and we were asked not to run the air when we were out so it took time for it to cool down once we returned to the room. They advertise beach chairs and then told us they no longer did this so we had to go buy them. There was no place to lock up valuables and we had to allow a company to come in while we were gone to spray for bugs. Small pool for a big location with no jacuzzi. Very disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. The location was perfect for walking to the beach or restaurants or driving to see other attractions on the island or just sit on the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There was also a great breeze that came thru the condo , we never had to turn on the A/C.

Awesome getaway

This is a great place to stay in Lihue with a view of the Nawiliwili Park and ocean bay from the balconies. Great hosts with all the amenities needed, wifi, washer, dryer, kitchen utensils, dish washer.

Terrible. Don't waste your money

The ad was a total lie. They literally photo shopped the photos. The title was "steps to the beach". The truth was first cross a 4 lane road (traffic headed to the airport), then walk 1/2 mile, then perhaps reach the beach in the photo. We never made it. Our first attempt we almost got run over. Condo was dirty. 2 of the 3 doors did not lock. Bath/shower valve did not work. Contact with prop manager was flowery language and no action. She almost accused us of lying, saying no one had ever complained before and crime was low in the area. We left. Worst experience we've ever had. We wasted more than a day of our vacation dealing with this mess. Be warned.

quiet and peaceful

This unit is towards the entrance, with a convenient location. An easy walk to the beach and shops. While I stayed there the garbage disposal was not working and a few kitchen lights were out. Aside from that it was a great vacation condo.

Nice Condo

Have stayed at Banyan Harbor many times. Coldwen Banker response to question very quick and easy to work with. Had only two spoon and got more to us quickly. Condo was nice and clean. easy to get around island from here.

Comfortable Banyon Condo B24

Great proximity to the airport and as a centerpoint of the island. An easy walk to Kalapaki Beach. Only downside to location is street noise, loud people singing from the cruise ship across the way, and a public park where sometimes locals gather with loud music at night. The unit itself was very comfortable. It worked great. Unfortunately, I would suggest that the floors could’ve been cleaner, patio outside should’ve been swept, the stove top was dirty, some of the pots and pans needed cleaning, and the downstairs bathroom sink was clogged/slow to drain.
