    Disliked: Cleanliness
    très déçus par la propreté de la maison. Maison non entretenue dommage car pourrait être très agréable : les chambres correctes sauf une avec alèse sur matelas traces noires. Salles de bains et cuisines très sales : traces de gras et autres sur portes meubles, tiroirs non organisés et très encrassés, frigos non nettoyés (1 poivron pourri dans frigo rez); nous avons dû relaver la vaisselle, verres, tasses, couverts avant utilisation et décaper les douches avant utilisation : voir ci-dessous un échantillon de photos. A l'extérieur, terrain non entretenu c'est la forêt vierge et les poubelles non vidées qui débordent. Signalé à notre départ par téléphone à l'hôte qui ne s'est pas déplacé et a été surpris de mes remarques et trouvé l'excuse du manque de temps pour préparer la maison. Nous pouvions prendre possession de la maison à 10 h et sommes arrivés à 16 h donc... excuse non valable.Vu le coût de la location et l'état , j'estime qu'un dédommagement devrait nous être accordé pour éviter une mauvaise publicité de votre site. Merci pour votre retour. Cordialement.
