Mixed feelings.

Handy location next to the RER station for Evry. The area has little to do and only a couple of restaurants some walk away. Reception staff were very pleasant, helpful and cheeful. The attached restaurant was closed for evening meals (August holidays!) and below average breakfast offedring. Comfortable bedroom with a small kitchette area, all clean as was the bathroom. A bit expensive considering how far from the centre of Paris its located.

Overral a pleasent stay.

Overall a pleasent stay. We were provided with an iron and ironing board to use which was in the laundry room. The iron was split open in half which presented a huge health and safety issue. We were given a replacement iron, this one was broken at the top. Unacceptable. The rest of the stay was pleasent, nice spacious and clean rooms with pleasent staff.

Excellent location

I have stayed here a few times and use the studio rooms as they provide a small kitchen with all that you need. The location is excellent - within about 100m of the train station and a short walk to the huge Agora shopping mall. I also find the rooms comfortable though not large.

A little oasis...

I visit Evry 2 or 3 times a year and this is my first stay with Resid Home. I will be staying here again. Location is close to the train station and the Agora. Very clean, comfortable and the kitchenette a wonderful plus! My only suggestion is a toaster!

Close to a park so lots of mosquitos in room

The windows were left open and mosquitos got on which feasted on me all night! The next day I put the do not disturb sign up to make sure the cleaners don't come in and open the windows again, but when I got back someone had been in my room and all the windows were open again! I complained but was told no one had been in my room.
