The swimming pool was closed without any information and the service in the restaurant for the diner was very non professional. However the facility for the wheel chair accessible room was pretty good.
Visited a few times on business trips. Food is generally pretty good for both breakfast and dinner. The staff are a little inconsistent in their level of service. Generally clean and tidy. Rooms are well sized with balconies.Plenty of parking spaces. Wifi is pretty slow.
Lovely hotel loved the views from balcony very clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was good downfall was that we had to cook our own fried eggs and took too long. A guy called Charles was extremely helpful or should i say the only one there whom looked happy to be there working. Overall wish I could of stayed there longer to enjoy the pool and the other facilities.
The hotel is nicely located in a very green area; the reception staff was not having a nice attitude, while bartenders and restaurant waiters were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable, but in needs of some refurbishment. The restaurant was ok, nothing special but the choice and quality acceptable. Breakfast was having small choice and not so good quality. Considering the location and the overall experience the price paid was definitively too high.
We stayed two days for business purposses.Bar staff are not so friendly and lazy. We realized that some of the residual materials are still remaining in front of the fireplace one day later. Rooms are not so cleancand they have no intent to do so. It does not worth the price they demand. Reception personnel are so friendly and helpful.
Stayed there 2 days in an executive room which is great, well equipped, nice terrace with view on the golf. The first day breakfast at 7:15, no hot food limited choice of bread; next day hot food was there but still a quite poor choice of bread.
A pleasant and comfortable hotel for the overnight stop we had at the beginning of a tour of Italy. Unfortunately the tour company had not included an evening meal the night before, after we arrived at 10pm, after a day's travel so the meagre breakfast we were offered had even more impact - with a poor selection of cold food, and tepid water for tea (only 2 tea bags and little cutlery). I see outside that they priced breakfast at E16.50 and would suspect the tour company got a deal at about E3 per head, but it does not do the hotel any favours as it reflects on the overall experience and quality of their service. I have just taken the accommodation into account in my overall marking and disregarded the breakfast as I'm sure it's not typical.
Our family room was spacious, confortable and clean. The mini bar was not so cool though but has complementary evian water. The swimming pool was small but heated and indoor and open until midnight! Great! Breakfast was of good quality and offered many choices. The parking was secured. Excellent!
The buiding is little appealing but our recently renovated room was very comfortable. Area is nice and quiet with a large garden and great views. The pool can be overcrowded at times but we were lucky enough to use it just the two of us. Breakfast was average: food was good but staff wasn't properly trained and really couldn't care less (had to wait for refills, did not bother heating extra pancakes, no bread ...). Staff at the bar was lazy and very rude. When we asked for help, we were simply ignored without a word. A real problem was that our large terrace had no shade at all and it was impossible to enjoy on a hot & sunny day. It is urgent that the management install terrace awning or at least a big sunshade. With a more empathic / a better attitude from staff (esp. in the the bar & breakfast) and more equipment on the terraces (against the sun), this hotel would be a great place for a short break. But for the time being, the experience was not satisfactory to consider recommending the hotel to our friends and family.
The room was bright and airy and attractively furnished. It looked like it had recently been refurbished. There was plenty of storage facilities and a small fridge provided with a complimentary bottle of water in it. There were tea and coffee making facilities and a safety deposit box in the room. The bathroom was a wet room with a separate WC. I could not find a hair drier in the room. Complimentary toiletries provided. There was a TV and phone in the room. The bed was very comfortable and there were nice and fluffy towels. The buffet breakfast had and excellent choice of hot and cold food.
