The property was clean and nicely set up. We were able to grill and cook most of our dinners which was great. And it is centrally located to Mackinac and petosky and the beaches. Beautiful stay. Property management was responsive via text and we were able to get what was needed. My only concern was the sliding door, it was difficult to slide. My 8 yr old had a hard time and so did the adults at times. We left feeling refreshed, so very peaceful.

The property is in a convenient and private location 20 minutes from Macinaw City. It's a cute and comfortable place with easy access to the lake, however, it is in need of some maintenance and TLC. The sliding glass door to the back required some major force to open and close, the bathroom window was broken and there was pink mold on the shower curtain. The Teflon in the cooking pan we used flaked off and many of the sharp knives were broken. The deck was in desperate need of paint but maybe that was in the works since some of the boards were replaced.

Very quiet area on Lake Munro. The house has a nice layout, with good size rooms. Convenient location for exploring the area. Had a nice stay there!

Great time on Munro Lake

Family and I spent Monday-Friday morning here and had a blast. It was a wonderful location, lake was beautiful and being in the middle of the week, we only saw 2 people out and about. We had a couple of minor things pop up, but a simple text message/phone call was prompt in getting things sorted out. Inside of the house was very well done, beds comfortable. The house could use a good power washing and front porch and back porch could use some new stain, but those are relatively minor compared to all the good. One thing that I would have done differently is that if you are planning on fishing- make sure you have kayak/boat. The lake is only about 1-2 feet deep near the dock and didn't have any fish. I would go 9/10!

Great for families with kids!

Loved the house and property. My only complaint is the outdoor trash bins were overflowing and we had no where to empty our trash. I contacted the property management and was told to put the trash in the bins provided. I tried to explain that the were already overflowing with trash but I was not able to get any help. We ended up leaving our trash in the garage.

Private get away

The house was very clean and inviting. Lots of towels and bedding provided. Bring your spices if you are cooking. There were none at the house. Also bring a bucket to put out your campfire. We couldn't find one in the house. The sliding back door was very hard to open and close and didn't have a screen door which we thought was odd since we had some days we could have shut the air off. Other than these minor details, we had a wonderful and quiet stay. Thank you.

Great Up North Adventure

Great location to visit Mackinac Island and all surrounding areas! Our family of seven had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The water and swimming was great and the house was very well-appointed with everything you need.

Great Location

We had a conference in Mackinac and the house was so close. We spent the day in Petosky which was also super close. Everything about booking, check in & check out was super easy. The house had everything we needed. Our only issue was with the wi-fi. It does have it but the signal is very weak & inconsistent. Because of that, tv & checking email is spotty. My daughter planned on doing homework which had to wait til she got home.

Peaceful Lake Setting

My family enjoyed this spacious lake home located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The check-in process was convenient and communication with the host was easy. Danielle was very responsive and immediately addressed a minor issue with the keypad.
