Esta es una casa de dos dormitorios en el fondo de arena cristalina, todos los deportes Paradise Lake. Dos habitaciones separadas y un futón acomodarán seis cómodamente. Hay un puerto deportivo local y una tienda de cebos en el lago para todas sus necesidades de navegación y pesca. Si lo desea, puede traer su propio bote y lanzarlo por la calle en la rampa DNR y estacionarse justo afuera de la cabaña en su muelle privado. La pesca es excelente durante todo el año. También tenemos un pontón de 27 pies disponible para alquilar (semanalmente) en nuestra cabaña.

Nuestra cabaña está ubicada en el extremo del Mitt. A cinco minutos de Mackinaw City, y Mackinaw Island Ferries, museos, histórico Fort Michilmacinac, faros, Mill Creek. Un poco más allá del puente Mackinaw te llevará a las cataratas Taquaneman, rocas representadas, Sault Ste. Marie y las cerraduras de Sault. Los casinos están en Petoskey, o en St. Ignace, justo sobre el puente Mackinaw.

Perfect spot to extend a vacation

We booked the Acorn last minute to extend our vacation after a week with the full family. The charm and warmth of the cottage was instantly decompressing. It was the perfect place to relax and take excursions in the area with our son and dog. Hoping to stay longer in the future!

The host was responsive upon the arrival and within hours after that. The furniture was not very comfortable and the bedrooms were small and didn’t have a closet or place for clothes. The view of the lake was beautiful and we enjoyed looking out over the lake. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay at Acorn Cottage! The cottage was easy to get to, and it was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was clean with just enough space for our family of four (our 4-legged family member included). There's a beautiful view over looking the lake from the back deck area. Hopefully, our next stay will be during warmer temps, so we can go for a swim. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels, and the kitchen had plenty of glasses, plates, and utensils to use. If you're looking for a home away from home, this is the place! Thank you to our hosts for sharing this beautifully decorated cottage with us!

Great stay

This place is c completely awesome. Very clean, gorgeous views, super close to Mackinawand the UP, just great. The pontoon boat was in great shape. I read that someone didn’t like this place and chose to stay in a hotel!?!? Clearly they have some screws loose, this place is top notch.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful cottage of beautiful lake. I feel the pictures didnt do the cottage justice it was much nicer than i expected. Very clean and cozy with every at home amenities i could want. Pontoon is available for rental during the stay for a very reasonable price. While out on the lake we saw bald eagles numerous times over the lake. Was a great view. Will definitely stay at acorn cottage in the future

Location, location, location!

Convenient, clean & cozy. Easy booking via VRBO. Jennifer was prompt, and courteous with responses. Note...no AC installed but the area temp dropped on the first night and stayed down during our visit. Since our goal was to spend time around each Great Lake this was the perfect location for us. Many thanks to Jennifer and VRBO for the great service!
