Apartment was clean and had a good amount of amenities - a hob, microwave, kettle. Bed was comfortable and was located in a quiet location. Plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance

Overall ok but stairs to loft not best for seniors to climb. No safety railing was poor. Beds adequate but average at best. We would not stay there again as we are pushing 80 years of age.

I think it's comfortable, clean, and in a good location. I think check-in could be better, currently it's only between 4-6pm which is super difficult but the proprietor accomodated me at 2:30pm. The room was clean but the shower head was broken and the bed was ok.

Several items mentioned on facility presentation are not available as pool, breakfast. The garage is out of street but not closed and in morning smell of urine. Code to enter facility area is known by not people living there.

Suitable for youth people

The only thing I didn’t like at all is bathroom: smell from the toilet and problems with the shower in my flat. Presence of a kitchenette with little fridge is definitely a plus. The city of Leuven is beautiful, very good beer and tasty chocolate are here.

Condo Gardens Leuven

It was very good value for money. Perfect location for sure. You didn't really see anyone around but that doesn't bother me. I had a free upgrade and reasonable early check in. It was basic facilities, no iron but an ironing board. Did have hairdryer and cooking equipment. If you are looking for a trip where you want to save some money and have excellent links to the rest of Belgium, this was great!

Excellent stay for shorter or longer periods.

I highly recommend it for the best value for money and it's central location. All expectations were exceeded and I am definitely looking forward to booking a room there in my next visit.

The rooms are spartan but equipped, tile floors stay clean, once a week cleaning was minimal, changing bedding and towels; helpful staff and expect to be left to your own devices, you won't see them unless you look
