It enjoys an exceptional view and you will find all the comforts for a great holiday on the most beautiful beaches of the island and the edge of a swimming pool also with sunbathing available.

The villa Baie des Anses (totally independent villa bottom with private entrance) is composed of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their respective bathroom including walk-in shower and toilet and furniture with storage.

A fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful terrace, a sunny relaxation area with sea view.

The lounge is equipped with a perfect electric chair to relax in front of the TV. You have access to satellite channels, wifi.

You have a private entrance with your garage for the car.

This is actually a good place, but it lacks renovations, and there are little holes here and there obviously allowing pests to come in. We had giant roaches(!) in one of the bathrooms for two consecutive nights with the host not doing anything about them, so that we moved out. Needless to say: we want our money back.

Très beau séjour, appartement spacieux

Très bel endroit, vue sublime sur la nature et la mer, le village est plein d'atraits. L'accueil du propriétaire est exceptionnel et l'appartement du bas de villa est parfait pour 2 couples avec 2 salles de bain et 3 wc ,la piscine est spacieuse. Très beau séjour. Endroit pour des vacances parfaites

Maison idéalement située à 900 m du superbe petit bourg d'Anse d'Arlet . Très belle piscine de la maison avec coin ombragé et douche wc extérieure très pratique. ANSE DARLET à proximité de toutes les plages du sud. Plage Anse d'Arlet ombragée avec paletuviers et palmiers Petit marché et poisson frais certains matins (BONITE. THON ...poissons locaux).épicerie. boulangerie. Maison suffisamment éloignée du centre et en hauteur pour etre au calme et au frais Tout pour passer un agréable séjour en famille Nous recommandons vivement!! Bien placée en altitude cette maison qui est composée de 2 logements indépendants superposés bénéficie d'un vent continu qui adoucit la température. A signaler que la piscine commune est à un niveau inférieur aux logements. A recommander pour un prochain séjour.

Beau séjour aux Anses d'Arlet

Belle propriété aux Anses d'Arlet, située sur une colline, proche de la plage en voiture, à pieds c'est davantge sportif ! Les Anses d'Arlet manquent cependant de commerces, prévoir des déplacements pour faire les courses et une voiture puissante pour grimper la côte. La maison est bien équipée mais la cuisine manque d'accessoires (couteaux qui coupent pour cuisiner) Belle vue depuis la terrasse et les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables. La plage des Anses d'Arlet est une des plus belles, avec plein de poissons et de tortues à observer dans l'eau, un régal !

Potentiel qui pourrait être mieux exploité...dommage

Nous sommes venus en famille passer quelques jours. Appartement assez fonctionnel dans l'ensemble et la piscine, bien qu'elle soit commune, est agréable. Quelques réparations et changements sont à faire : joint et filtre de la piscine, carrelage cassé à proximité de la piscine (moyen pour les enfants), certains ustensiles manquent (1 seul couteau qui coupe), séchoir à remplacer, salon extérieur dans un état critique, porte de la 2ème chambre cassée, portail d'entrée cassé. L'accueil et les explications lors de la remise des clés pourraient être corrigés également. En espérant que ces remarques permettent d'améliorer les choses.

Très bel appartement dans une villa avec piscine et une superbe vue

L'appartement est vaste et globalement bien conçu, dispose d'une loggia agréable disposant d'une superbe vue sur la mer et les "Mornes" environnants. Sur ce plan la description tient ses promesses car la maison domine vraiment le village des Anses. A noter : la rampe très raide montant à la maison est difficile pour des véhicules de location peu puissants et chargés à l'arrivée. Mieux vaut prendre un véhicule de catégorie supérieure pour se sentir confortable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour mais l'appartement a besoin de maintenance sur quelques points car nous avons eu quelques surprises : une porte de chambre s'est bloquée, un volet roulant était cassé et empêchait donc la moindre grasse mâtinée, le soleil se levant très tôt. De même il ne faut pas compter sur l'Internet qui n'a jamais marché malgré les tentatives de notre Hôte Gilbert qui s'est pourtant donné du mal. Les éclairages extérieurs automatiques étaient aussi défaillants ce qui peut être dangereux dans l'escalier. L'air conditionné est par contre très performant dans les chambres mais le sommeil peut-être perturbé (comme partout c'est vrai :-) ) par des voisins qui ne sont pas toujours discrets à l'étage de la villa comme dans les villas environnantes ou la fête bat parfois son plein. Pour résumer, la villa avec sa très grande piscine et ses aménagements tout autour, pourrait être vraiment parfaite si ce n'est les petits points mentionnés et elle est placée non loin de superbes plages et anses où la plongée sous-marine est absolument à découvrir. j'y retournerai sans hésiter rien que pour avoir à nouveau le plaisir de nager dans l'immense aquarium tropical de l'Anse d'Arlet ; C'est absolument magique !!! Malgré mes petits bémols, mille mercis à notre hôte Gilbert qui a été très accueillant et est resté disponible tout au long du séjour.

Super séjour.

L'emplacement est idéal à 10 min à pied de la plage du bourg des anses d'arlet ( tortue, poissons). La maison est très agréable et très bien équipée. Des espaces pour faire des grillades , la piscine ... le top pour de bonnes vacances. Le propriétaire est sympathique et très attaché à la réussite du séjour.

Super location

La villa se situe sur les hauteurs de l'anse d'Arlet avec une vue mer depuis la terrasse et la cuisine. Nous faisions tous nos repas sur la terrasse qui est à l'abri du vent. Gilbert est très sympa, très arrangeant sur l'horaire de départ ( la villa était relouée seulement le lendemain). Il nous avait fait des petites courses ( arrivée tardive ) et une bouteille de rhum offerte. C'est vraiment une attention très appréciée. Il est très disponible . La villa se divise en deux étages . Nous avions la partie du bas. Deux grandes chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain. C'est très spacieux. Bien équipés. Il y a même canal + . La piscine est commune avec un accès privé pour chacune des partie. Villa propre et bien situé. Je conseille cette location.

Abritel prélève la totalité de la réservation et la caution 6 mois avant la prise de possession. Ce qui n’est pas normal. Maison agréable, bien équipée ,très belle vue, au calme.
