The guesthouse shares a private driveway with the main residence with parking up to 5 cars. The 3 acre indoor and outdoor space, including a massive yard, pier and boathouse, is likewise shared with the main residence.

We understand that your furry friend is part of the family, which is why we welcome one small dog (less than 50 lbs) for an additional $50 fee per stay. Please remember to keep our property pristine by picking up after your pet daily.

Your comfort is our priority, which is why we provide all the initial basics like a bottle of shampoo, shower gel, bathroom towels for 8, and a a roll of kitchen paper towels, bathroom tissues, laundry and dishwasher detergents along with basic cookware, cups, and plates in the kitchen. Please use laundry machines to reuse the towels if you stay longer need more towels.

The residence is located in a quiet neighborhood and so we only allow parties on a case-by-case approval basis.
