"Ok so the pros of the hotel is the property is very spacious inside and outside with large parking spaces and with a nice view of the mountain, ski and trail areas, basketball and tennis courts. However, the problem we had was with the level of service and cleanliness of the rooms. First, when we entered our room and went to the bathroom, we found the rim of the toilet bowl a bit dirty smeared with excitement looking disgusting. We asked to have it cleaned and the front desk lady kept saying they will send someone to our room but no one came. We asked again twice (In one day) and still no one ever came even though the personnel at the front desk kept saying they will send someone out to service our room. We also noticed that our comforter had dried up blood in places all over and asked to have it changed and also have our sheets changed. We kept getting “ok we’ll send someone over” responses but nothing was done. We stayed there for 3 days and eventually needed some more towels and had to ask the front desk multiple times throughout the day again for someone to bring us the towels. Eventually someone did bring us the towels at around 11:30Pm but we felt pretty frustrated at that point with the level of service and having to ask so many times for these basic items and room maintenance. I’ve been in many hotels and motels in my life here and overseas but have never been as frustrated with the service I received in this hotel in the short amount of time I’ve spent there."
