Fairly new facility. Everything clean and well maintained. Easy access to Turnpike. Definitely managed better than some slightly cheaper brands we all recognize as being over taken by certain nationalities.

The staff and the hospitality at the hotel is unbelievable.Every single staff members greeted us with a smile and a willingness to go above and beyond to help us. The hotel is right off the highway so unfortunately, except for Saturday and Sunday, you can hear the trucks passing by. It is a bit far from Jim Thorpe and there isn’t much going on around the actual hotel. Breakfast is included and coffee is available 24/7 which is great if you want a cup before you go to bed or you just want to sit outside relaxing throughout the day.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast too. Beds were not as firm as I like. Area at front door for unloading is bumpy like cobblestone and hard to wheel suitcases overtop. Very busy weekend with large wedding group made for a noisy sleep the first night. Convenient location.

We booked through Expedia and opted to pay at the hotel. The original booking was for 3 nights, but was asked at the desk if we could stay just two nights. The lady was very helpful, and dropped the third nights, Overall the hotel is good. Rooms are clean and AC/Heating works well. Breakfast is typical for this level of hotel. Parking is convenient. Noise from highway is tolerable.

The queen suite was very spacious. We loved having the separate seating area with TV. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice and the water in shower and sink was hot. Loved the massage shower head. We like having a frig and microwave when we travel to save money on lunches. The breakfast was good and we liked the indoor pool and hot tub very much.
