LOCATION
Located in an elevated position providing stunning views of Scorpios and the other small islands of Lefkada, Villa Ilaira, is an elegant stone-built house that blends beautifully into the surrounding environment.

Villa Ilaira is in an ideal location providing easy access to the small harbor town of Nydri, which is only a 20 minute walk away. The villa is also close to the picturesque pebble beach of Pasa, which is only 800m away and can easily be reached on foot within 20 minutes in the opposite direction from Nydri. Although we recommend to rent a car, due to the fact that the villa is located uphill and it will not be easy to return to the villa on foot. In addition, having a car will give you the opportunity to discover the beautiful Lefkada island!

Despite its proximity to Nydri, this eco-friendly villa benefits from a quiet hillside position, nestled amongst old olive trees that were preserved to enhance its gardens and blend seamlessly into the surrounding hill.

POOL
Villa Ilaira boasts one of the longest private pools on the island with a total length of 15 metres (50 feet) which makes it ideal for swimming laps and it also benefits from being heated during the cooler months with an extra charge of 50 euro per day upon request.

BEDROOMS
The villa itself consist of four en-suite bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight guests. All bedrooms are elegantly furnished with bespoke solid iroko wood furniture and natural textured fabrics. Three of the bathrooms offer a walk-in shower and the fourth has a comfortable bathtub and all four feature a powerful rain shower.

GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor features a bright open plan space gracefully furnished, that opens on to a very large terrace for dining and relaxing. All these areas make the most of the breathtaking views that the villa has to offer.

OUTDOORS
Other outdoor areas include a bbq area, immaculately kept gardens, and a stone-paved garden terrace from where guests can sit and enjoy the views under the shade of olive and citrus trees.


Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.
