"Checked in and the lady up front charged me again after I already paid on hotels.com. I told her I had a pet so she charged my credit card for that, and then again charged me for the room. I. told her about the double charge and she shook her shoulders like I don’t care and said it will drop off. I told her that is not right. Eventually after coming back to the hotel after check out Christine made it right and did the refund. The air conditioning in the rooms barely work so it was hot in the rooms. Floors were dirty in the rooms after looking at my bare feet walking around the room. Also breakfast was in a box up front consisted of muffins and coffee. May need to consider another hotel for the price."
