Overall the property and location were OK. However, the furniture was very cheap and dated for the price of the stay. Supplying ample coffee having someone take the trash to the curb on trash day were nice touches.

Such a comfortable house, with everything we needed for our stay over Thanksgiving. Located in a great neighborhood, we were close to all the various hikes and attractions we wanted to do and had the perfect place to relax and let the dogs run in the backyard at the end of the day. Our host was very friendly and quick to respond to our questions during our stay. Definitely will keep this house on the list for our next visit to the area!

Beautiful and comfortable

Paradise Hills was a wonderful experience. The house was very well appointed with comfortable updated furnishings. The beds were luxurious and comfortable, and the area was very nice with Mountain View’s in every direction. Great experience.

Great Getaway

Spent several days at this great property for a family getaway. The house is exactly as described - the main living areas are cozy and comfortable and the pool and hot tub were fantastic! The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to hiking and shopping. It’s an easy drive to the strip and airport. The property team was fabulous - proactively reaching out to see if we needed anything. Great experience, would definitely recommend this property!

Spacious and good location

This property is clean, spacious and easy to get to. The one thing that I would caution anyone about is the pool and spa mentioned in title are not operational. Was sad to find that out after arrival

Just Right For Us

Royal Skyline, the neighborhood, and the host was just right for us!! Great floorplan, furniture, and amenities. This cozy home is perfect for a couple, a family or a small group. The check in/out process was smooth. We loved sitting out by the pool and listening to the water feature. There are stores, restaurants, parks, etc. nearby and easy to get to. Were happy to recommend Royal Skyline and give it a 5 star rating.

Great home in quiet area

Beautiful home. Clean and well stocked Quiet neighborhoodExcellent commo with rental staff Beds too low for aged parents so attention to this needed by all travelers—pictures are on line but I couldn’t tell so this is on mePool with leaves and debris but there had been significant winds Price was very good

Roomy and clean

We enjoyed our stay. The place was roomy and clean. We were able to cook without any problems. Our kids wished the pool was heated (It was February and the water felt too cold to even try). The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The beds were firmer than we like, but that’s just a personal preference. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Great property

Great home and property for a short term stay. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need, but could use a few more kitchen basics (like mixing bowls) if you are planning on making meals. Also, the description probably explained this but the pool water in October is very cold. The kids didn’t mind too much, but most adults probably won’t use it at this temp.

What a great home away from home, and far enough from Strip n fanfare to really enjoy local life. Check-in was easy, host was communicating essily n quick response. House is spacious with multiple TVs, pool was wonderful, and kitchen was stocked with supplies for us to cook and bbq outside. Dogs are very comfortable with real grass and I appreciate that this is one of the very few houses that still has it! Everyone else has desert landscape or fake grass. My only dislike was the mattresses, these need an upgrade to comfort to feel like home. Luckily a gigantic couch in a living room was a lifesaver.

Family Trip for Business Convention

The house was great - clean, safe, well furnished, and great amenities like the pool. I had meetings and a convention in Las Vegas. This was a wonderful place for our family, including our dogs, to spend the week. There are walking trails, dog parks, and restaurants in the area. Getting into the Convention Center was easy by car and Uber/Lyft. We also spent time at Red Rocks and Valley of Fire. The only small negative was that the primary bed is really low, but it was comfortable. We had a temperature concern about the pool and they responded right away to get it corrected.
