All was good, until the charge you $15 for parking when you check out. Never mentioned when you check in. No need to charge for parking in this area. Just another way to get more money out of you. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were nice!

I didn’t like the fact that I booked a mobility room for my handicapped parents and upon check in they didn’t have one available! The toilet was so low it was hard to get on and off especially without grab bars! The beds were too hard as well. Not a pleasant stay overall.

I did like the fact that i booked this location mainly for my family to have a swim day and the pool was terrible. We couldn't swim at all. It looked like it haven't been clean for period of time. Will not be returning

Could have paid less somewhere else

Although the hotel was a good hotel, the parking was terrible because all the construction crew working on either this hotel or nearby places stayed at this hotel took up every other parking spot closest to the entry doors so I had to park closer to another hotel. Very inconvenient. The morning breakfast was not even mid level. The eggs were fake eggs, and the danishes were old and dry. Coffee creamer in my room was old, curdled in my coffee. Coffee was out at 7am in the lobby, and when I told the front desk they looked at me like “how dare you”.

Hotel is under construction. Only one elevator was working, and we were at the opposite end of the hotel, near the construction. Will be nice when it is done. But didn’t appreciate my husband having to either walk stairs, or hike on his bad feet to the other end of the hotel to catch an elevator. All handicap rooms should be near an elevator.

We had a nice family trip. We love Homewood suites, they are our go to for hotel stays. It is really nice and a money saver to have a kitchenette!
