Very nice place. Clean plus nice rooms and comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly. Like that you could get coffee, tea and hot chocolate anytime. Will stay here again.

Ada challenges

Our stay was good. Over 3 nights there was only service one of the days,but when asked garbage was taken and extra towels given. We were traveling with 2 elderly family members in scooters, and they put us on the 4th floor. Thank God for no emergencies because they would be stuck without an elevator. Also the ada bathroom tub has a rather high step about half the hight of a normal tub. Not good,but plenty of bars and a shower seat. Although the shower seat hits the curtain making water run all over the floor. Our non ada room had a walk in shower which should be what they had with a bench.

The property appears new and still under development. The breakfast was mediocre as the food selrction was limited to cold cereals and food (crossants and quiches) preheated in a microwave and warm at best. I prefer hot food where I can pick from scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, etc...

Double Bed Room

Hotel is two years old. Beds were not comfortable. I expected better. Lights went out while in the shower (energy conservation gone a little too far). I would suggest changing the brand of shower gel provided. Horrible! Other than that, the hotel personnel was friendly, professional and helpful. Fairfield could do better.

Friendly and accommodating

They were very accommodating for early check in for us as we were here for an event. Their breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and recognized us when we came back from our event and asked how our evening was.
