We noticed that the room that the front desk gave us was a king and I requested two queens. We brought this to the front desk’s attention and was immediately moved to a room with two queens. The room was spotless and the breakfast was delicious

This property was safe and it was clean. I gave it a four because the room had a smell like wet carpet. Apart from that, everything else was great. The staff was nice and helpful. The fact that it was very close to Spooky Nook Fieldhouse was a plus as my son had several games there.

The room was clean and had what we needed. The only thing that was brought up was that my kids saw ants on the counters near the food stations at breakfast. Otherwise, the room was satisfactory and the staff polite.

The hotel is extremely convenient to Spooky Nook Sports which is technically within walking distance. Room was clean but the hotel overall needs some updating. You can tell it is receives high traffic, as expected for sports tournaments, furniture and facilities are beginning to look run down. Breakfast was terrible! Choices were poor, and the waffles were probably the only decent offering. There were also ants on the counters in the buffet area! There was also not much lobby/buffet area seating considering the high volume of people who stay here. There should also be more than 2 washers and 2 dryers available since the majority of guests are traveling for sports tournaments and will likely need to wash uniforms during their stay.
