The Palm Grove Retreat is a single-level Lakeland home with four bedrooms, a private screened pool, and a hot tub-ready lanai that makes unwinding feel effortless from the first afternoon. Whether you're here for a weekend tournament, a family gathering between Tampa and Orlando, or a longer relocation stay, this home is built to fit the pace you're keeping.

 

Living space

The open-concept layout keeps everyone in the same orbit without anyone feeling crowded. Living, dining, and kitchen flow naturally into each other, with natural light carrying through the shared spaces and the kitchen island anchoring the room. It's the kind of setup where conversations stretch from morning coffee to after-dinner evenings without anyone needing to move far. For quieter nights in, a TV and comfortable seating give the indoor space a settled, relaxed feel.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms are spread across a single level, with enough variety to suit different group makeups. The primary suite offers a king bed and a private ensuite - a self-contained space at the end of the day for whoever needs it most. Two further bedrooms each come with a queen bed, and the fourth is set up with twin-over-twin bunk beds, well-suited for younger guests or anyone happy to take the top bunk. Three full bathrooms keep mornings moving even when all eight guests are getting ready at once.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from quick breakfasts to full group dinners. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and baking sheet alongside cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. The large island gives extra prep space and keeps the cook in the conversation. Pull up to the dining table for a proper sit-down meal, or keep it casual before heading out for the day.

 

Outdoor living

The screened lanai is the centerpiece of the outdoor experience. A private in-ground pool and attached hot tub sit behind the enclosure, giving you a sheltered, usable outdoor space throughout your stay. The covered patio brings together shade, seating, and an outdoor dining setup - everything you need to move the evening outside and linger a little longer.

 

Work & practicalities

For remote workers or longer-term guests, a dedicated workspace and reliable Wi-Fi make this home a practical base. There are no stairs anywhere in the home. A washer, dryer, iron, and clothing storage handle the everyday logistics of an extended visit, and free garage parking is included. Home safety is well covered: a Ring doorbell, front and rear exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all in place. The host greets you on arrival, and the property is professionally managed throughout your stay.

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. The home offers driveway parking and easy access to major roadways connecting Lakeland to Tampa, Orlando and surrounding attractions.



Lakeland’s central location makes it a convenient base for exploring both coasts while returning to a relaxed residential setting.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required)

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Guest App:

$500 refundable security deposit, or

$22 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped per stay)



This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.

Age Requirement & ID Verification

Primary guest must be 26+.



All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes government-issued ID, selfie verification and signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.

Mid-Stay Cleaning

• $200 cleaning reset for extended stays (includes refresh cleaning, trash removal and fresh linens)
