Avoid this motel at all costs! Dirty, worn, and smelly, it doesn't need updating or remodeling, it needs to be demolished. I would not walk on the carpet without shoes on, the bathroom was disgusting and riddled with ants. I'm surprised the city hasn't shut them down for a variety of offenses. There is no rating low enough for this dump. Go elsewhere, even if it costs much more!
I liked the convenience and location. That is about it. I had cockroaches in my room. Gross! When I arrived, there was no toilet paper. The only cleaning done was making the bed and emptying the trash. There is not enough light. A bulb was burned out. No tv remote.

Tv no work remote no good picture old TV .no have shampoo and conditioner and soap neither. Refreshing no work cold .bed matters old. Fair.expensine two day 128 $ what paycheck. Say our sure no good room. From Hanna.

The room was dirty and next to the utility room. The maid carts were in my room. It smelled like rubber. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. They did refund me. We went somewhere else.
This hotel is very close to the Lakeland Center.. The hotel is an older hotel so you may find some things like covers over holes where mirrors were previously hung and other things associated with an older building. But the building and rooms are very clean. We did not use the pool as it was too cold, but it looked well maintained.
