If You Really Want to Have a Bad Experience, Book This Hotel If you truly want to go through a terrible experience, then book this hotel. From the very beginning, the front desk service was extremely poor. They showed no interest in helping or finding a solution, even knowing that I was traveling with my child and had a paid and confirmed reservation. They simply “washed their hands” of the situation, saying the hotel was full and that nothing could be done. Their only response was to cancel the reservation and issue a refund in several business days, leaving us stranded at midnight with no real solution. On top of that, the noise level is unacceptable: noisy beds, noise from other rooms, and a general lack of care for guest comfort. I do not recommend this hotel at all. If you value professionalism, basic customer service, and respect for guests, do not book here.

Wanted an inexpensive room for 1 night near Palm Beach Airport that was clean and safe and this definitely fit the bill. It’s definitely no frills (no in-room coffee machine or coffee in the lobby, no tissues, no lotion or conditioner, and I overheard in the lobby that you have to bring your dirty towels in the provided laundry basket to the front desk to get clean towels). But it was new (opened 2 months ago), clean, felt safe, had free parking, AC worked great, front desk staff was professional and friendly, and its a 10 minute drive to the PBI airport.

I always love their stuff. They’re very excellent very welcoming very friendly very helpful. This is a regular hotel that I normally book. Maybe I come here twice or three times a month. I love it. It’s so beautiful very very clean however, I wish they had kitchen utensils so that you can cook, but besides that honestly it’s great.

Called several times during the day to let them know I would be in very late--never got a human on the phone and line would cut out every call. Showed up at 2:20am--front desk locked down, front door locked. No answer on the 2 numbers listed to call in case of lock out. Called several times and no human ever answered. They advertise 24/7 front desk which is not true. I had to make emergency arrangements for a place to sleep. It was very cold that night and I could not sleep in my car. All hotels were full in the area. I would never ever recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

For being Brand new, customer service was at the bottom of their priority. Went to check in at 11:30 pm and was told sorry they had no rooms!?! Then I had to ask multiple times for them to please give me at least 2 rooms with a queen bed in each.Barking dog all night long. Lady was asked to leave our second night due to multiple complaints. Smell in the rooms was mildewy. Beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. All in all, do NOT waste your money!!

Extremely disappointed. The hotel canceled my reservation the same day of check-in, actually 2 hours before checking in, leaving me without accommodations and no reasonable time to make other arrangements. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The kitchen had no equipment. Not even a coffee pot. Not a single fork/spoon/cup/plate--nothing. I asked and was told I could check out a coffee pot and 1 mug but if I wanted more than that I had to purchase the "kitchen kit". When I returned the coffee and mug I was told I should have been required to purchase them. The front doors have no automatic handicapped button. It does not exist at this property. There are three sets of doors before the elevators and none of them are handicapped accessible. I was told that wasn't necessary.I really think this property is transitional housing for mental health patients and low income families with "hotel guests" as a side note. The only night we stayed, someone had a mental crisis in the hallway at 5am outside of our room. Screaming from the adult and the child. This property is not suitable for hotel guests or extended stay guests that aren't prepared to supply every kitchen item you may need. They do not offer complimentary coffee in the lobby, nor do they supply clean sheets or towels without an additional charge. At 2am, the front desk closed the window and my key would not let me back in the building. Someone finally let me in. I would give this property 0 stars but that's not an option.

I can honestly say this was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. Four people booked, but only two towels were available. The internet was advertised as available, but only for two people. Who lives without Wi-Fi in today's world? And even though we had the option to pay for access, we couldn't get the service; the front desk didn't even know how to fix it, and so we were without internet for two days. UNBELIEVABLE!

Clean room but no breakfast. Wifi is avergae. Also, my card failed to open the door in the middle of the night. Front-desk is not 24/7. And calling front desk after midnight does not work. So after midnight, you are on your own.
