If You Really Want to Have a Bad Experience, Book This Hotel
If you truly want to go through a terrible experience, then book this hotel.
From the very beginning, the front desk service was extremely poor. They showed no interest in helping or finding a solution, even knowing that I was traveling with my child and had a paid and confirmed reservation.
They simply “washed their hands” of the situation, saying the hotel was full and that nothing could be done. Their only response was to cancel the reservation and issue a refund in several business days, leaving us stranded at midnight with no real solution.
On top of that, the noise level is unacceptable: noisy beds, noise from other rooms, and a general lack of care for guest comfort.
I do not recommend this hotel at all.
If you value professionalism, basic customer service, and respect for guests, do not book here.
