**Guests have full access to the home and front and back yard and all the resort amenities.
The driveway can accommodate 4 cars.

**Guests will check-in and out without any interactions with the host. We are not available via phone or text. Communication will take place from your reservation on the app, email, or the desktop website.

**We welcome longer stays and front-line responders! This a great residential area and perfect for longer stays.

This is South Florida so you may see bugs, small lizards, other pests, etc. inside due to the tropical environment. We do have regular pest control, but they can still get inside. Please keep windows and doors closed to help keep them out.

There are no refunds for storms, hurricanes, lost power/leaks due to storms, etc.

Be respectful of the neighbors and quiet hours from 10pm-8am.
