Hosting up to 20 guests, the estate includes the Main House and three separate guest cottages arranged around a resort-style pool with generous outdoor lounging and dining spaces.

** PLEASE NOTE: Accurate guest count is required when inquiring or booking. **

- Groups of 10 guests or fewer will have access to the Main House only.
- Access to the cottages is included in the price and based on guest count.
- If you wish to use additional cottages beyond what your guest count allows, you may add access to each for $120 per night (covers linens, cleaning, and use). These fees will be billed after booking.

- Accurate guest count is required at the time of inquiry or booking (additional charges may apply for additional guests)
- Guests must be over 26 years old to book.
- A driver’s license and signed rental agreement are required upon booking.
- No pets.
- No pool safety fence – please supervise children
- The pool is not heated
- Events welcome- Event fees and additional deposits may apply.
- After 10 guests, $50 per guest per night will be added to account for cleaning fees, linens, and use of the guest cottages.
