Bernard was great, there were a couple small problems with the property, but he was very responsive and not far from the rental. He came in person to handle them and even gave us recommendations for local activities.

This home is beautifully decorated and it is very spacious. It has plenty of items to use to cook, cutlery, plates, cups, seasonings, towels, blankets,washer and dryer, pool, and pool toys. I love the large room that has its own ensuite and separate refrigerator. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much! However, I think there could be a few improvements. The home needs fumigating. We saw many ants, lizard, a cockaroach in the draw and in one of the bathrooms. A few candy wrappers were found inside one of the drawers in the nighstand. The last person who stayed in the house left their slippers and a man's undershirt. Also under one of the nighstands there were bones from what seemed to be a lizard. In one of the bedrooms, there were sheets in the drawer that had hair on it and black spots all over it. One of the Mr. Clean sponges in the kitchen was really dirty and should have been thrown away. The refrigerator door said that water filter needed to be replaced, so I am glad we brought our own water. Whomever is assigned to cleaning the house needs to do a better job in specific areas.

Very close to the beach. The house is beautiful and very spacious the only thing I would say is that for the cleaning fee the house could be a lot cleaner. Upon our arrival we found trash through out the house like if they didn’t sweep let alone mopped. But other than that the pool is big and we had a blast.

Family Xmas in Lake Worth

We have family in Lake Worth and we needed accommodation for all of our additional family flying in for our very first family Xmas in Florida. The accommodation worked perfectly for our 6 adults and 3 children. The property was very clean, had all items necessary for a family vacation. Kitchen and laundry supplies etc. All we needed to buy was food. Plenty of extra blankets and bedding if required. Heated pool and pool toys were fantastic. Lots of extra towels supplied. Bonus were the pool and air hockey tables in the garage. Short drives to beach, downtown West Palm and Palm Beach island. Bernard the owner was very responsive pre and post booking. I would highly recommend his property for a family vacation in Florida.
