The modern contemporary cozy cottage has been completely renovated with an electric fireplace, ceiling fan/light, large flat-screen TVs, & free WiFi. It is perfect for your stay in the lower Hudson Valley/ Northern Westchester area. This location is close to Hudson Highlands State Park, Clarence Fahnestock State, Fishkill Farm, Anthony Nose, Bear Mountain Bridge, Bear Mountain Park, Putnam trail, Canopus Lake, Oscawana Lake, Donald J. Trump State Park, West Point, Riverfront at Peekskill, Blue Mountain State Park, Harriman State Park, FDR Park at Yorktown the Appalachian Trail, Putnam County Golf Course, and Seven Lakes. Please note: The property has two separate properties listed, and you will on the top floor. There might be someone on the bottom floor but it will not affect your ability to enjoy the house or have fun! I’m always trying my best to make the property look amazing and you can have great time.

The cottage was contemporary and cozy, immaculate and extremely well equipped. The kitchen was so well appointed that had we not been gathering elsewhere for family lunches/dinners over the holiday week, I would have really enjoyed cooking/baking in it. The beds were quite comfy and the black out curtains appreciated. The view off the deck overlooked a lovely wooded area, where we spotted deer and enjoyed a beautiful sunrise one early morning over our coffee. Nadia was welcoming, was clear that she was there to assist if we needed anything, which we never did. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely stay! Easy for us- we were in the area for an event so we weren’t there long. Seems so very perfect for a getaway! They had everything from basic snacks to slippers. Perfect fall folliage at end October. Host made everything extremely easy!

Very comfortable and clean small cottage. Windy Country roads lead to house. GPS was helpful! Us seniors would have appreciated rails on both sets of stone steps. Nadia responded quickly to any and all requests with care and consideration.

This is a really comfortable property with one of the best host experiences I’ve had. It was very clean, bedding was very comfortable, the house itself is charming and it’s peaceful. There’s some nice high end appointments that were appreciated as well in the kitchen and the bathroom. This one is a hidden gem.

Perfect Cozy Place!

We loved everything about this cozy cottage! It felt like home when we walked in. Place was very clean, quiet and beautiful. We stayed 3 nights, but wish we could've stayed longer. Nadia was very responsive to any questions we had prior to and during our arrival. We appreciate the extra touches and snacks...it was very warm and welcoming. Lovely place

The cottage is lovely. My friends and I were there for an event and it was accessible to the party location, groceries and other shopping, and other folks. The road to the cottage is hilly and windy so take your time. Pick your landmarks to help with turns and you’ll be fine.One of the best provisioned VRBO kitchens I’ve been in.

We had a wonderful stay at the Contemporary Cozy Cottage! Very modern amenities and appliances, and the kitchen had everything we needed!! Nadia always responded promptly, and answered all of my questions. The Cottage is located close to just about everything in the Peekskill, Cortlandt Manor, and Yorktown Heights area. And I would definitely recommend a short drive to the charming little town of Cold Spring which is not too far away. Thank you Nadia!

Felt Totally at Home

The cottage is really well appointed with all kinds of little touches, from kitchen essentials to houseplants to knick knacks. Staying there was like staying in someone's home, as opposed to a rental, and is in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. And Nadia was very responsive, easy to work with, and a wonderful host.
