There was an active water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom above the toliet and pieces of the ceiling started to fall. The hotel was fully booked so they were unable to move us to another room and they did not offer any accommodation.

The room was pretty clean. Some areas that need painting/repair to the door and walls. Lots of wear. The heater was loud and gave off a burning smell that was concerning. Beds were way too hard for comfort. We slept but not very well. The microwave light was very bright, and lit half the room up. I finally unplugged it the second night, and discovered a tv, refrigerator, and microwave all plugged into a single plug with a splitter, definitely not safe. This needs to be fixed, a fire on the top floor would be extremely dangerous. The staff were friendly enough, breakfast was adequate. But there was a store near the front desk with drinks, food and medicine. I noted that 75% of the drinks were expired. I let the front desk know, they said someone external handled that but they’d alert them. We only stayed here because our reservation in Orlando near Universal was canceled while we were on our way to the city. We couldn’t find anything else in our price range. This place was adequate, nothing more, and too far from Orlando for comfort or ease.

Vey nice hotel but my only complaint would be thay the beds were to stiff for my liking but overall will definitely stay again. Staff was very pleasant and very willing to help as i had to check out a day early.
