We loved how secluded this cabin felt the moment we arrived. You hear the stream and the birds instead of traffic, and it really does feel tucked away in the woods. At the same time, Rumbling Bald was only about 15 minutes away, so we had easy access to the resort when we wanted it without giving up the peace.Mornings were our favorite. My wife and I sat with coffee listening to the creek and the birds—it was exactly the quiet start to the day we were hoping for. In the evenings we headed down to the fire pit at sunset. Sitting by the fire with the stream right nearby was the highlight of the stay.
