The bedroom has a 32 inch TV and king size bed. The kitchen has all essentials and extras. The living area has a couch, desk and 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a blow dryer and extra towels. OHVs are only allowed to travel on Hwy 149 from June 13th until September 30th.

We really enjoyed our stay. Really comfortable bed and couch. Everything was clean and ready to go. Hot tub was fun and easy to use. I liked all the deer we saw right out the window. Our host was super friendly and made sure our stay was perfect. Lake City is my new favorite Colorado mountain getaway.

Overall an excellent stay. All was as described in the listing. Nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. The host met us as we pulled up and introduced himself. He answered all our questions and showed us how to work the hot tub which was really nice to sit in. No complaints, I would definitely stay again. Thx for the accommodations.

When we pulled up to the property Jim the owner came out to greet us and show us where to park. He showed us the unit and all the features. The unit was very clean and nice. We are glad we stayed there, and would stay there again. He told us where to go to get pictures of the 14,000 foot mountains around Lake City. He said to get there before sunset and you will see the awesome mountain range. See the added pictures of before and after sunset. We did not have time to use the hot tub, but it was ready to use. Overall it was a great place to stay in Lake City.
