Esta cabaña se encuentra a lo largo del lago Fork del río Gunnison, aproximadamente a una milla del centro histórico de Lake City. Cuenta con una cocina completa (remodelada en primavera de 2019), sala de estar, dos dormitorios (uno con cama de matrimonio y el otro con dos camas individuales), así como un baño completo que fue remodelado el año pasado. Puede caminar a la ciudad desde esta cabaña, así como disfrutar de una ronda de minigolf en el camino. Siempre se recomienda pescar en el río al frente, así como simplemente sentarse junto a la fogata que está justo a lo largo del río. Disfrute sentado en la terraza cubierta viendo pasar el río e incluso a los ciervos que pastan en la hierba que se encuentra entre la cabaña y el río. Ven y disfruta de esta maravillosa cabaña.

Perfect Lake City Cabin

We loved our stay in this perfectly quaint cabin! Of all of our stays in Lake City, the Ox Yoke cabins are our favorite.

Loved the location just outside Lake City. Being right on the river and having a covered deck was great. Had everything we needed to be able to cook in the cabin.

We enjoyed the porch so much. Nice view of the river and easy access to it. Everything inside was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Upon check-in property had not been cleaned, but once we called the property mgr, she had someone there within 5 minutes and it got cleaned quickly. Other than that everything was perfect. Cabin is well appointed and being on the river was great.

Fabulous!!!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! Quiet and peaceful with the sound of the river flowing behind the cabin. Enjoyed my morning coffee on the porch every morning. Our Grandkids enjoyed fishing and playing in the lush green backyard. Overall an amazing place to stay in Lake City. We look forward to our next visit.

Lovely cabin on River

This upgraded cabin is clean, comfortable and in a perfect spot! Right on the River with a covered porch. A perfect location for relaxing after exploring the beauty surrounding Lake City. The remodeled bath, tho small, is so well done with lots of storage and a beautiful large shower. (I would recommend updating the pictures on the info about the cabin) The management company was extremely accommodating, even after we lost our key on a trail! We recommend picking up a brochure at the visitors center that maps some of the short walking trails the town has created along Henson Creek and the River. And we highly recommend this lovely cabin.

Great cabin by the river

We enjoyed this cabin so much, the location is very picturesque by the river. When you get a rain shower, you can sit on the covered portion of the porch. We enjoyed the numerous hummingbirds. The Wi-Fi was good, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and utensils, and the cabin was very clean. Lake City is a hidden gem.

Everything went smoothly, was a great property in a fantastic location. Was sad to hear that the property got sold! Will hopefully come back and stay with this group again.

Overall Great Spot

Great location! Right next to the river with a lawn that is great for hanging out with family and friends. If you you plan on being outside most of the time the cabin is great. The cabin itself could use some tlc and some updating on the interior. Overall great experience with the family. We will be back!
