Excelente propiedad familiar ubicada a 2. 2 millas al sur del lago San Cristóbal en County Road 30 en el camino hacia Cinnamon Pass. Esta casa se encuentra a lo largo del lago Fork del río Gunnison con una enorme cubierta que va directamente al agua. Escuche el flujo del río mientras se sienta en la terraza o en la amplia sala de estar. Hay una gran cocina familiar con una mesa de comedor para 6 y 4 taburetes adicionales.

Hay dos habitaciones con camas nuevas en cada una en el piso principal, así como un baño completo. Arriba hay un área de loft para los niños y dos habitaciones más con 2 camas individuales en una y una cama completa en la otra, junto con un segundo baño.

Home away from home

This is not a condo, apartment, or trailer... it is a full blown home. You can come here and stay for several days and have all the amenities you would have at your own home. For us it was a home away from home… And we will gladly come again!

Perfect semi secluded location

We loved being able to sleep with the windows open, listening to the river flow at night. We were about 15 minutes from town and in a great location to start our OHV riding. Tannah was great to work with and so accommodating.

Amazing house

This house is great. It is located right off the main trail so you can ride out to the trail right from the house or even to town! ( If you are there when off road vehicles are allowed in town) We loved listening to the water right outside and the view from deck is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The host is very quick to respond and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Lake City

We had such a great time on our trip to Lake City. The house was perfect and fits our needs exactly. The kitchen was well stocked and lacked nothing. The drive to the house was beautiful and we hiked right off a trail by the house. Perfect for our family group to relax and take our side be sides out on Alpine Loop!

Great Place to stay!

Great Place to stay on the river. We rented 2 houses side by side and it was absolutely perfect because the size of our group. Very relaxing and away from all the traffic. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful family vacation

We had a great time with our kids and grandchildren. The house was clean and fit all of us perfectly. Unfortunately it rained quite a bit while we were there and we didn’t get to enjoy the deck as much as we wanted.

Beautiful cabin along the river

This cabin was perfect for our family of 10! There was plenty of space and we never felt crowded or cramped. The home was very well stocked in the kitchen and had a huge pantry for our food storage. The back porch was beautiful and provided privacy from the neighbors. We would absolutely stay here again!
