Great place, very comfortable bed. Fully furnished with everything you need except washer and dryer. Luckily a campground close allows you to use their laundromat. This place is very cozy and relaxing. Will stay here again.

Comfortable and Peaceful Right in the Heart of Lake City

Very comfortable and peaceful apartment, but right in the middle of the action (Cannibal Grill, Park, restaurants etc. Everything is new, pet friendly, hosts are great! Will definitely stay again!

Enjoyed my time at the cabin in Lake City! It was just what I expected…clean, comfortable, dog friendly, and fully equipped with everything I needed.I met the owners, Steve and Beth, and they were very friendly and accommodating. Would love to stay here again on my next visit to town.

Cute, Modern, Clean Apartment in Lake City

This cute, new, and clean apartment is the perfect base camp for Lake City adventures if all you need is a one-bedroom place. It's right downtown and you can walk to everything, but it's also very quiet at night. You have your own yard and firepit. Owners are friendly, helpful, and responsive.

This was perfect for 2 adults. We were right in the heart of the cute Lake City. We could walk to everything. The locals were great! We had everything at the cabin. Remodel looked great.

Great Location and fully updated!

We enjoyed our stay at Spruce Lodge. It’s location in Lake City allows you to walk to many restaurants, shopping and the park. The fenced yard was a huge bonus for my kids! The cabin is completely updated and we had everything that we needed.

Perfect location in Lake City

We stayed at Spruce Lodge for 3 nights as one of our adult sons ran in the San Juan Solatice ultra marathon. One block walk to town park for start/finish was perfect and so many restaurants within walking distance. Well maintained rental and communication w/property manager was great.

Comfortable and in Convenient Location

If you want clean, comfortable accommodations but still be conveniently located in a wonderfully quiet setting, this is it. While we looked forward to Lake City’s isolation for the rest we needed, we are not “campers”. :-) This “lodge” was new and everything worked. We would stay again.
