The staff was very friendly. The property around was very nice. The chalet itself wasnt the greatest. The shower wasnt very clean. It was nice to have a shuttle available 24 hours to take you to the casino.

The check in was fast and easy, as was the check out. Desk staff were very nice! We had a problem with oit waterheater not being on and one call and 5 mins later 2 nice maintenance men were there and it was good as new! Great customer service! The only drawback was the pull oit sofa mattress was not comfortable at all! I put a bunch of blankets on it to help pad the springs but still couldnt sleep on it. Time for a new foam variety?

I like having the security 24/7. The fold out beds are terrible. Very uncomfortable. No linen, no utensils , I liked the location. Shuttle service is available. Park was clean. Main complaint is the second bed,,,,terrible. Nice staff. Internet service wouldn't work and that's a biggie for me.
